Refund policy

We are confident you will love your new smile. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Advanced Teeth Whitening Kits, within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Email our customer service team at contact@smileproworldwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order and describe the issue.
• Return all items received in your Kit, including the LED light and used pens.
• Provide a valid return tracking number.

Please note:

• Partial returns are not accepted.
• Refunds apply only to your first purchase, not to subsequent or subscription orders.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by SmilePro.
• If your Advanced Kit was part of a bundle, only the value of the Advanced Kit will be refunded. Other products in the bundle are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not offer returns or refunds on the following products once used: Whitening Strips, Whitening Toothpaste, Whitening Pen Pack, Sonic Toothbrush and Replacement Heads, and Sonic Steriliser.

Refunds take 2–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
