We are confident you will love your new smile. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Advanced Teeth Whitening Kits, within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- Email our customer service team at contact@smileproworldwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order and describe the issue.
- Return all items received in your Kit, including the LED light and used pens.
- Provide a valid return tracking number.
Please note:
- Partial returns are not accepted.
- Refunds apply only to your first purchase, not to subsequent or subscription orders.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind and guarantee returns are not covered by SmilePro. We'll cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.
- If your Advanced Kit was part of a bundle, only the value of the Advanced Kit will be refunded. Other products in the bundle are not eligible for return or refund.
We don't offer change-of-mind returns on the following products once opened: Whitening Strips, Whitening Toothpaste, Whitening Pen Pack, Sonic Toothbrush and Replacement Heads, and Sonic Steriliser. This doesn't affect your rights if a product is faulty.
We process refunds within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may then take up to 7 business days to show the refund. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
